I was going through my tri-daily browse of Kotaku when I came across this article. Apparently a man in his 30's died at an internet cafe in China from playing nonstop for three days playing an online video game. This isn't the first time someone has died from nonstop online gaming. I went to the original article at FoxNews.com. Unfortunately the game he was playing was not released in the news story.
It's good to see Darwinism in action. Maybe it's because empathy being deteriorated away from playing too many violent video games. I for one can understand video games as addictive. I am a huge shut-in. Even so, I was graced with the common sense (not alot of it) to get up and do something else or go outside my room. I don't know what the man's health was or what was going in his life prior to his death, but still.
