Pay to play

I was on Facebook checking on party plans when I saw an ad. Has anyone else heard of this site? It's called iGameTester. Apparently it gives you resources on how to become a beta tester of a ONE TIME FEE. I know that I'm a dumb as a bag of bricks but it doesn't make sense. Why do I have to pay to get a job? There are plenty of other sites that can give you the same info for free. Can you say SCAM!

Speaking of which, I wonder if it's too late to apply for beta testing over the summer?...
